In this IdoBooking Changelog, we inform you about the latest updates, improvements, and changes in the IdoBooking system. As always, we publish project updates and information about new features in separate entries. This Changelog release summarizes the recent changes.

Changes Available to All Hosts:

Analytics

Improved performance of foreign currency sales analytics.

Mobile App

Accelerated login and loading times for the iOS app.

Availability Blocks

New mechanism to preventing the duplication of availability blocks in selected iCal synchronizations (covering the most common scenarios).
Enabled synchronization of availability for multiple rooms in IdoBooking by syncing them together with iCal files:
- Handling synchronization of multiple rooms within a single panel.
- Improved synchronization of rooms between different panels.
- Display priority for reservations if they occur in the same period as availability blocks.

Communication Center

Enhanced sending and reading of special characters (e.g., &) in the messages module.

Reservation List

Improved presentation of completed and unpaid reservations on the reservation list.

Pricing Plans

Improved assignment of rate plans to dates via the button - more intuitive popup with features allowing selecting days of the week, making it easier to apply different rate plans for weekdays and weekends.

Packages

Included the calculation of child discounts in accommodation packages.

Booking Engine

Implementation of a new algorithm for sorting offers.
Added protection against sorting cases with no availability in the Booking Engine.

Quick Offer Sharing:

new tools

Links for quick offer sharing on Social Media and popular messaging apps.
Improved functionality of sharing links for unavailable properties by omitting the date parameter and redirecting to the first available date.

Website

Improved algorithm for similar offers on the room card on the IdoBooking website, which automatically selects suggestions by searching for accommodations in the same location and type:
Hidding rooms from the same location if their visibility is turned off on the website and Booking Engine.
If no matching offers are found by location, the system selects promoted offers in the "Accommodation" tab.

Blocked indexing of website pages with currency parameters in the URL.

Channel Manager

Airbnb: Prevented incorrect disconnection of Airbnb listings after receiving an invalid response from Airbnb.
Airbnb: Increased integration compatibility according to the latest service requirements.
Trivago: Increased integration compatibility according to the latest service requirements.

IdoPay

Enabled activation of PayByLink payments from Polish banks and BLIK for hosts conducting business abroad.

TTLock

Increased integration compatibility according to the latest partner requirements.

Oceaninvoice

Secured the VAT rate scenario as “non-taxable” when using a custom template for the debit note document.

Planned Changes in the Near Future:

Pricing Configuration – introduction of a new pricing difference model for OTA services.
Pricing Configuration – introduction of automatic price conversion for additional persons.
Reservation Card – improved removal of rooms from reservations.
Price Management – improvement of the "Select All" option in scenarios where specific rooms are filtered in the search.
Add-ons – improved removal of add-ons that have been unmapped in integrations.
Analytics – extended reporting of booking data to include the number of room nights, guests, and person nights.
Communication Center – UX changes in the Messages module: revised message read/unread mechanism, introduction of bulk read/assign operations, added room information in reservation details.
Communication Center – secured cases where text entry difficulties occur while using browser extension.
Price Labs – release of new integration with the dynamic pricing management system.
