Change of IdoBooking Service Operator from IAI S.A. to IdoBooking Sp. z o.o. starting from September 30, 2024
We are pleased to announce an important change regarding the Operator of the IdoBooking service. As of September 30, 2024, the new Operator of the IdoBooking service will be IdoBooking Sp. z o.o. Until now, the service was operated by IAI S.A., which will continue in this role until September 29, 2024, inclusive. Starting from September 30, IdoBooking Sp. z o.o. will take over the responsibility for providing the IdoBooking service.
What does this change mean for Hosts?
The change of Operator is purely a formal matter. The terms of service for IdoBooking remain unchanged, and this will not affect the way you use the platform. We kindly ask you to pay special attention when settling invoices – please ensure that payments are made to the new Operator’s details, which will be included on invoices issued after September 30, 2024.
IMPORTANT: In connection with the change of Operator, we are attaching /the new Terms of Service, effective from September 30, 2024. You can find the Terms of Service on our website, and the current service pricing remains unchanged.
Does this change affect online payment services?
No, the change of IdoBooking’s Operator does not affect agreements related to the IdoPay payment service. All users of IdoPay will continue to collaborate with IdoPayments Sp. z o.o. under the same terms as before.
Why are we changing the Operator?
The decision to change the Operator results from the dynamic development of the IdoBooking business line. Spinning off this activity into a separate company – IdoBooking Sp. z o.o. – will enable better management and further development of services tailored to the needs of our Hosts.

Acceptance of the new Terms of Service
If you accept the above change, please review the new Terms of Service. After September 29, 2024, we will send an agreement confirming the cooperation with IdoBooking Sp. z o.o.
If you do not accept the change, please send a notice of resignation no later than September 27, 2024.
