As part of the IdoBooking Changelog, we report on news, updates and changes to the IdoBooking system. Invariably, we publish design news and information about the release of new features in separate posts. The following issue of Changelog presents the range of recent changes.
- Marking the invoice requirement on the Reservation Card
- Adding marking of shipped invoices on the Reservation Card and in filtering options on the Sales Documents List
- Controlling the status of documents from the list level
- Changing the default document list view for the current month
- Adding support for status and form of payment
- Improved recording of units next to items on the invoice
- Controlling the timing of sending lock codes and access instructions (Administration > Sent Message Templates: Code and instructions for opening an electronic lock and Directions, and booking summary)
- Sending arrival instructions on request (along the lines of the deposit request and other emails of this type)
- Email notification to staff when a new deposit is accepted in a reservation
- Division of message templates to clients into more readable tabs of booking sources
- Removal of information about the address of the main location in the panel from the headers of messages sent to bookers
- Extending the ability to send a deposit request after a reservation is completed
