Artificial intelligence-based tools are changing our business reality on a daily basis. However, what does it look like from the legal side? Can accommodation descriptions, rooms and content be generated for social media using ChataGPT? Can an employee enter a list of customers into ChataGPT to receive a personalised marketing plan? Can AI support us with Customer Journey building or direct customer service?
We are embarking on a fascinating adventure related to all sorts of applications of AI, at least the ones we see at the moment. Come along to the meeting - we'll talk about the issues that go into making this journey legally safe!
Agenda:
The webinar will be hosted by Rafal Malujda - legal counsel and patent attorney at the IAI Group. He specialises in intellectual property law and new technology law, including RODO. A special role in his practice is played by handling projects in the area of FinTech, software licensing (including open source) and drafting contracts in projects implemented in agile methodologies. He holds a postgraduate degree in international commercial law and business management from Rostock (Germany) and an English law course from Cambridge University.
Webinar in polish.
