Free refunds of BLIK payments are now available on IdoPay
We are happy to announce that free refunds of BLIK payments are now available in IdoPay. Cashbacks can be done directly from your admin panel. This feature has been awaited by many customers - both those already using IdoPay, and those considering switching to our built-in payment system.
IdoPay now allows you to return funds from payments made via BLIK (which is a very popular payment method in Poland). Returns can be made from the reservation level, directly to bank account with just one click. To make a refund from a BLIK transaction via IdoPay, all you have to do is go to a reservation card and click on the 'Cash back' link next to the payment you want to return. You can also make partial refunds. The amount of the refund will be transferred from your deposit balance directly to your customer's bank account and will be visible as a BLIK refund.
If you are not yet using IdoBooking's built-in payment system, and you ran an EU-based business, you can enable it at any time with one click, without signing additional agreements and going through additional verifications. In addition to BLIK cash backs, the system also offers cash backs to payments made with the card. In the coming months, all payment methods will allow cash backs directly from the IdoBooking panel.
