While retaining update conditions included in the Agreement and the existing Terms and Conditions, we present changes in the IdoSell Booking Price List and Terms and Conditions one month in advance. The new rules will apply from March 1, 2020. The new version of the Price List includes an update of the flat-fee subscription.
The new flat-fee subscription rate, effective from March 1, 2020, will be 35 EUR/GBP/USD per month for customers with up to 15 units. As the number of units, we understand the total number of rooms, apartments or other types of offers supported in the IdoSell panel.
We don't change the charge per additional units - it is still 2 EUR/GBP, 3 USD per unit per month.
These relatively small and first changes in the subscription rate will allow us to maintain dynamic development. In recent months, we have implemented many key projects that are aimed at increasing the sales of IdoSell Booking users. Our greatest achievements are, among others real-time integration with Airbnb, maintaining Premier Connectivity Partner 2020 status at Booking.com, free hosting and SSL certificate for every IdoSell Booking website, and the PCI DSS Level 1 certificate (which is the first stage to implement card payments via IAI Pay).
In 2020, we plan to implement even more revolutionary features. The main areas that we will develop are online payments via IAI Pay, OTAs connections available via Channel Manager, functionalities dedicated to multi-property owners and managers, as well as the development of price management tools that are the heart of our service.
We aim to maintain transparent billing rules. All subscription models and fees are always available on our website - for both current and future IdoSell Booking users. We give you the freedom to choose the model that best suits your business model.
Most of the changes in the Regulations constitute an extension and clarification of the ((/en/booking/blog/idosell-booking-terms-condtions-and-price-list-update-effective-from-december-1-2019-1235326831|last update made in December). We primarily introduce changes required by law in terms of payment services, requirements for Merchants and their verification process.
