How do I get started?
If you are not already working with the service, verify that your offer fits in with Slowhop's proposals and fill in (application form). If you already have an account, go to the Channel Manager tab in IdoBooking and search for the Slowhop.
How the integration works
The Slowhop integration is two-way calendar synchronisation via iCal files. Data is updated every 15 minutes, which is the fastest possible exchange of information in this type of connection. It involves updating bookings and blocks in your calendars. We recommend that you select the widest range of data - bookings, availability blocks and other reasons for unavailability - so that you can be sure that all appointments, including those excluded due to lack of prices, will be synchronised.
Booking management
IdoBooking retrieves guest data, status and order ID from Slowhop. Based on these, a booking is created. Importantly, the booking price from Slowhop is not transferred. It is entered into the panel based on the price settings in the IdoBooking panel. If you use individual rates in Slowhop, remember to edit the price in our booking system panel.
Booking cancellation
A booking cancelled on the Slowhop side, releases the availability for that date in the IdoBooking panel. Canceling it in IdoBooking, will release the room, but will not change the order status in the Slowhop calendar. Therefore, as with other services, cancelling a booking should be done in the panel of the portal where the booking was made.
