Manage properties and settle with owners in a new, convenient way
At IdoBooking, we are constantly looking to improve the booking experience for managers, which is why we respond to your needs. After the last increasing possibilities of handling reservations owners, we're introducing more changes, i.e. new ways of billing with owners and possibilities of preparing individual reservation billing reports. The new way is more clear and will make your work much easier. Learn about the details in the article below.
New ways of calculating the amount for the owner
Based on the suggestions of major managers who work with property owners, we have introduced numerous improvements and new ways of settlement with owners.
Adjust different settlement methods for each owner independently. The new ways of calculating the amount for owners, along with sample calculations, are detailed in the Marketing / Reservation settlement report / Report configuration for the owner tab. Below are the most important changes.
Determine which extras you want to bill to the owner
Until now, there was no way to choose which allowances to bill to the owner. In the new section Extras you can choose which extras from the reservation you want to settle with the owner. For example, you can settle for cleaning fee, but omit the city tax. By default, all extras assigned to the owner's accommodation are selected.
Configuration of individual reservation settlement report view
The new section, in addition to extending the ability to present add-on data by the number of people in the reservation, will allow you to set how the reservation is sorted by dates:
- end of reservation
- start of reservation
- acceptance of payments
This will allow the owner to view the current month's report in real time, according to the billing method set. The report will reflect the settlement for a particular month (unless, as the manager, you decide to make modifications when generating the final settlement for the period). Convenient billing and intuitive cooperation between you and the owners is very important for us, therefore we encourage you to make further suggestions by contacting our support.
