Update of Terms and Conditions of IdoBooking from 1 November 2021

Maintaining the rules contained in the Agreement and the existing Terms and Conditions for introducing new terms, we present month notice of changes to the Terms and Conditions of IdoBooking.

In the IdoBooking Terms of Service, the definition of a Third Party Payment Provider has been created, the process of entering into an agreement for the IdoPay acquiring payment service, which is provided by a Third Party Payment Provider, has been completed. The remaining changes are housekeeping and editorial changes.

On October 30, 2021, changes to the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML) regulations take effect. As a result, we are introducing necessary changes to the content of the IdoPay Regulations (§5 sections 7, 8 and 10). They change the identification and verification rules to a minor extent, however, they do not globally change the scope of documents or data that we can or must request from you.
