Information on Compliance with the Digital Services Act

This page provides information on IdoBooking's compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and Council of October 19, 2022, on a single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act, DSA).

According to Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Regulation, online platforms are required to publish "information on the average monthly number of active service recipients in the European Union." This aims to support public authorities in identifying very large online platforms with at least 45 million active recipients in member states.

For IdoBooking, the monthly number of active service recipients in EU countries is less than 45 million.
