Emergency contact outside IdoBooking helpline hours

Our helpline is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. After working hours, you can report emergency situations requiring urgent intervention to admin@idobooking.com. However, we kindly ask that you contact us outside these hours only in critical cases that genuinely prevent the use of the system or the sale of accommodations.

How to report an issue

  • Support during working hours: from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (CET/CEST), we provide full technical support via the Customer Service Center.
  • After hours: for critical issues requiring urgent intervention, we monitor the address admin@idobooking.com. Please report only situations that prevent the use of the system or the sale of accommodations.

What to do before reporting an issue?

Check the IdoBooking Knowledge Base

You can find many troubleshooting instructions, including those for configuration and data synchronization, in our Knowledge Base. It's worth reviewing before submitting a report.

Issues with updating data to OTA services

If you experience problems with data synchronization in the Channel Manager, follow these steps first:

  • Go to the Channel Manager tab in the admin panel.
  • Select the service, then click Operations > Edit Mapping (last column on the right).
  • In the Data Sending column, you will find the Force Data Sending option.

This function speeds up data synchronization. If the issue persists, check whether there are missing prices in the pricing plans or if availability in the calendar is blocked.

Issues that do not require immediate reporting:

  • Temporary unavailability of external integrations (e.g., payment gateways, accommodation services) – such errors are often temporary and resolve themselves. We recommend a bit of patience and rechecking after a short while.
  • Module or system function malfunctions that do not block accommodation sales — please report these via our ticketing system in https://csc.idobooking.com/support/contact Customer Service Center]
  • Blocked access to the panel due to unpaid invoices — you can unlock the system yourself by logging into the Customer Service Center.

Test before reporting website access issues

Before reporting website unavailability:

  • Test the connection on another device or browser.
  • Check if the issue occurs on different networks (e.g., turn off Wi-Fi on your smartphone and use mobile data).

If the problem only occurs on your network, it is not an issue on IdoBooking's side.
